A high-rise tower-house buried in the underbelly of the city. Home to pimps and poets, man and beast and the winged observers of the city's rhythms. Its mix of programme and occupant ensures life pulses through each storey, a beacon for the disaffected, the agoraphobic and the lost.

The project was an exploration of how we dwell in the city. Too many poorly planned, generic development schemes have eroded the heart of the city of Dublin. The life of the street has been lost. This hypothetical apart-hotel seeks to argue for another way of living in and finding one's place in the urban morass.
